Stamps & Credential

Salvacondotto is the official Credential (pilgrim's pass) for the Cammino dei Briganti : you can collect your credential pass at the start so that you can be recognised along the Way.

Important: the pilgrim’s pass is not compulsory, it is not essential, it does not entitle you to any discounts – it’s just a bit of fun – but you can easily complete the pilgrimage without it.

The stamps can be collected at official sites along the route, but other stamps are also valid (town halls, local tourist offices, cafés, restaurants, etc.).

The list of official stamps is given below. By collecting the stamps, you will receive a certificate confirming that you have completed the Way.

Credential and certificates can be collected from the Credential Office – please notify them in advance by email – in Sante Marie (the office is in the Town Hall building, on the ground floor, with the entrance on the right-hand side).

Open daily from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm, tel. 0863 679132, mobile 333 8601069, email: ufficiosalvacondotti@camminodeibriganti.it.

If you wish to collect your Credential pass in the afternoon, they can leave it for you at the nearby café, provided you call ahead.
